Encryptomatic MailDex 2019 is an excellent email management tool that builds project-based searchable email content indexes. It allows you to quickly find important emails, match them with original data files, batch print, convert to PDF, and more. With an advanced email rendering engine, MailDex can accurately display complex Microsoft Outlook messages, including rich text emails with embedded graphics and special formatting such as shapes, SmartArt, and embedded charts.

MailDex supports indexing various types of email content, including Outlook .pst, .ost, or .mbox files, as well as .msg or .eml files or a mix of email content in Windows folders. You can create an unlimited number of projects in MailDex, each capable of indexing an unlimited number of emails. The software is optimized for fast indexing, capable of indexing over 12,000 emails per minute on resource-limited computers.

If you handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), MailDex can be configured to respect emails marked with CUI during export operations. The software also allows for exporting emails to PDF, including from Outlook .pst files, as well as msg, eml, ost, and mht files. You can customize how email file attachments are handled during PDF export and choose to comply with the ISO 19005-1 standard for electronic archiving (PDF/A).

MailDex can index and search any version of Microsoft Outlook-created .pst files, including both Unicode and ANSI formats. The software offers advanced search options for finding specific email messages based on criteria like date range, sender, or recipient email addresses. It also supports batch extraction of email file attachments to a designated location on your hard drive.

In addition to converting emails to PDF, MailDex can convert common file attachment types to PDF images, extract email file attachments in bulk, combine multiple emails into a single PDF file, add selected emails to an existing PDF file, and export emails to other formats such as Word Docx, ODT, Mbox, GIF, TIF, BMP, JPG, CSV (Excel), HTML, MSG, and MHT. The software also allows for archiving emails using the PDF/A-ISO 19005-1 standard and offers options for defining custom page formats.
