Encryptomatic MailDex 2019 is an excellent email management tool that builds project-based searchable email content indexes. It allows you to quickly find important emails, match them with original data files, batch print, convert to PDF, and more.

MailDex features an advanced email rendering engine that accurately displays complex Microsoft Outlook messages, including rich text emails with embedded graphics and special formatting. It can identify hundreds of non-standard email formats, ensuring precise image conversion when converting emails to image documents like PDF.
